Goal: receive work from employer, do research, data entry, provide cust. serv. etc. Dilemma: find employer!?
My goal is to work from home. I’d like to find an employer who offers this flexibility. I prefer to work with paper files, which can either be pick-up or over-nighted to me or I suppose I could access work info. via the company’s network or internet website. I’ve tried the "data entry/typist" jobs and lost about $40. Does anyone have any ideas for me about big companies that might offer telecommuting positions? I simply want to be in my own comfortable environment, doing my job, and of course, earning a paycheck.

How much water should you drink a day to lose weight?
I’ve heard that if you drink water you will lose weight from your body processing it and water mass. How much should you drink to lose weight? I know the normal amount is 8 cups, but I don’t want to drink too much and have the opposite effect. I’m working out and changing my diet, but I want to know about water too so I can get the a positive benefit from everything I can change.

Try Google advertisements system.
I never beleive the suryey system and the data entry works on net.I bliv in start earning without spending a single penny.
The way i earn is by putting ads by google on my website.
The websites and ads both are provided free by google.
The link that i will give u will explain how to open a google ad account free,and put ads on ur blogspot site.
The system is simple and genuine.Google takes money from the companies who want to give ads on internet(they are called advertisers)
Google will display the ads on webpages of the people who are registered with google for that(they are called publishers)
When any visitor clicks on anyone of the ads google give a good share of the ad revenue in our account and sends it thru a check when 100$ accumulate.
I m making anything between $200-$300 per month,by working 2hrs daily.If that is enough for u ,u should go for this system.
Everything depends on how much traffic u are getting on ur website.I get most of the traffic from forums like yahoo answers and others.Also if u update ur website with quality and original content,the google search engine catches it and then u get automatic traffic too.

Lemme get this straight – You prefer to sit at home and dictate the trms of your employment. You want to have ME, the employer, pay you a salary AND pay a courier to deliver your work to your door for YOUR convenenience?
Hmmm….

I can’t imagine why you’re not being inundated with offers.

1. Get over your preference for paper files. Apart from the delivery expense, there are security issues that would discourage most employers.

2. Submit your resume and an outsourcing proposal to as many companies as you possibly can. Promise what you can realistically deliver – 24 hour turnaround, flat rate for certain things (manuscripts, theses, etc) or nominate a cost per thousand words.

3. Approach local colleges and universities – there may be a demand for your services.

4. Approach publishing houses (proof reading, editing jobs)

5. Be prepared to work hard and be occasionally inconvenienced.

I drink in the morning a cup of tea and then throughout the day water like 2-3 bottels of water (2pints each) so all together it is 7 cups af water =) it won't do any harm to u if u will drink 8 cups of water and plus u work out so u lose ur water through sweat so u need to replace it

did you modified …
did you modified the steam wand of your gaggia classic?… or comes just like that?
i ask because i have a gaggia paros which is basically the same innards of the classic, but the steamwand is pitiful.. and proper frothing is a Pain in the Ass… actually, in about 40 tryouts I manage to get microfoam (and therefore make some kind of latte art) just twice.

Yes I just forgot to mention that. This machine is modded with the rancilio froth wand. I can highly recommend that you do the same if you can with the Gaggia Paros.

i have gaggia new baby and i think i have a problem.
when i forth or steam milk for nescafe . the taste of the milk after the act is more like the taste of fresh milk, when i drink nescafe in a cafe the taste is so deferent why
does this happen with the fact that my gaggia keeps throw a little bit water from the steam wand ?

It´s hard to say. The reason to purge the steamwand from water is not to heat up the milk to fast before you reach microfoam. As long as you dont have very much water in your steam the taste itself shouldn´t be impacted. Maybe the “mounthfeel” of the foam is different at a good café because they have a better machine/they are better at foaming milk? Just keep practicing and watch videos on youtube on how to steam milk.
Remember to use ice cold milk and use 2-3 % fat milk.
